A West Omaha company with great benefits is InSearch of a senior accountant to join their team and take ownership of a variety of duties. If you seek a role that is challenging, impactful and want to be led by an exceptional Controller, this position may be for you.
Compensation: $75-85k Annually
Responsibilities
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Accurately record and balance revenue
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for multiple companies
- Reconcile cash daily and monthly for multiple accounts
- Report annual unclaimed property
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual use tax filings
- Special projects from Controller
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting preferred or 3 plus years in general ledger work
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in Sage or Quickbooks a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
