Our client is InSearch of a part-time Office Manager to serve as the “Go-To” person in their office.  Schedule would be working full days Monday through Wednesday and half days on Saturdays. Responsibilities

  • Process corporate accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Responsible for recording donations and preparing deposits
  • Reconcile and reimburse monthly expense reports
  • Manage all aspects of office administration needs
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, special projects, and event support

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of light bookkeeping experience needed
  • Associate or Bachelor’s in related field preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills a needed
  • Experience working in QuickBooks (desktop or online) required
  • High Attention to detail and accuracy a must
