Our client is InSearch for a highly organized Office Manager. Oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth function of the office. This includes maintaining a productive environment and providing administrative support to staff and leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of tasks from scheduling to office logistics.

Compensation: $60-70K

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and department heads, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, delegate tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain office budget, track expenses, and process invoices for office-related services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and trainings as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative support
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
