Our client is InSearch of a part-time Office Manager to serve as the “Go-To” person in their office. Schedule would be working full days Monday through Wednesday and half days on Saturdays. Responsibilities
- Process corporate accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responsible for recording donations and preparing deposits
- Reconcile and reimburse monthly expense reports
- Manage all aspects of office administration needs
- Assist with marketing campaigns, special projects, and event support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of light bookkeeping experience needed
- Associate or Bachelor’s in related field preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills a needed
- Experience working in QuickBooks (desktop or online) required
- High Attention to detail and accuracy a must
