Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office administration, including facilities management, human resource-related functions and work with outsourced IT company for computer needs.
- Supervise and mentor administrative team and seasonal processors.
- Process firm’s corporate accounts payable, accounts receivable, biweekly payroll, and monthly financial statements utilizing QuickBooks.
- Responsible for client services support and project tracking
- Assemble workpaper files, organizers, and prepare for mailing.
- Assist staff in planning and preparation for meetings and appointments as requested.
- Provide support to Shareholders and Tax Managers with marketing campaigns, special projects, and event support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of Office Administration and general bookkeeping experience needed
- Experience in public accounting, accounting & tax services, or professional services industries preferred
- Proven leadership skills in managing projects and assigned staff
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and QuickBooks experience highly desired
- Exceptional customer services skills, ability to multi-task, high attention to detail, and accuracy a must
