Our client is InSearch of a Human Resources Generalist for a business group within this dynamic and growing company – Multiple business segments operating independently with opportunity to grow and engage your existing team.

Responsibilities 

  • Work with other departments to develop and implement company strategies
  • Analyze and develop solutions for human resource and organizational structure needs
  • Develop and plan for attracting new employees and retaining current employee.
  • Transactional HR responsibilities in all facets including employee relations and recruiting.
  • Work side by side with sales team to develop plan of action to find best practices for training developing current team members
  • Onboarding new hires to ensure positive experience
  • Create and implement new policies and procedures and company growth continues in all departments

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3+ years human resource experience
  • Preferred designations: PHR, SHRM-SCP
  • Prefer experience with ADP
