Our client is InSearch for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. We have an opening for a small platinum company in Omaha.  Do you want to work for one of those companies that everyone is searching out? We have the role for you! This small company is growing by the minute. In this position you will support the owner and the day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities

Scheduling meetings, contract administration, invoicing, preparing for client calls, phone delegation, special projects and ad hoc project work.  This position will be the central hub of the office and require a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting an executive or office staff
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • A love for an ever-changing environment and the satisfaction of seeing your hard work come into fruition
