Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Resolve any issues and provide solutions
  • Input inbound and outbound orders
  • Answering telephones
  • Scanning and filing paperwork


  • Typing skills
  • MS Office knowledge specifically with Word and Excel
  • Great Customer Service/People Skills
  • Organized, motivated and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
