Our client is InSearch for multiple customer service driven individuals to join their team!  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in high volume and fast-moving environments with an operational and support driven mindset. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining customer data in multiple systems, dispatch, order entry, billing inquiries, sales support, contract administration, inventory management, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers related new and existing sales orders.
  • Promptly respond to customer phone and email requests regarding price, availability, confirming shipment status, and update customer information.
  • Assist customers with orders, changes to orders and inquiries regarding their bills.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, troubleshoot product failures, and identify requests via pictures from customers phone and email.
  • Provide support and update department managers and lead staff on various transactions related to their day-to-day activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers.
  • Learn logistical and supply chain management of equipment and parts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing & Distribution background required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working in multiple operating systems
  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills a must
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills needed.
