Well established Lincoln based company experiencing tremendous growth is InSearch of adding a CFO to their growing team.  As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. You will play a critical role in developing financial strategies, implementing best practices, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization. You will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to drive growth and profitability.

Compensation: up to $150,000


  1. Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the owners.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.
  4. Capital Management: Manage capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize value. Evaluate financing options and maintain relationships with bank.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s assets.
  6. Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. Optimize cash management processes and invest excess funds to generate returns.
  7. Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and internal controls. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems.
  8. Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Evaluate potential opportunities and risks to support informed decision-making.
  9. Leadership and Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing finance team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive leadership, board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a rapidly changing business landscape.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all financial activities.
