Responsibilities
- Perform outside sales activities: client visits, networking, attending industry events, and trade shows for the purpose of prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales activity.
- Collaborate with internal lead generating departments to secure potential job order prospects.
- Learn each client’s needs by establishing relationships with their managers, supervisors, and HR teams.
- Negotiate, draft, and present proposals, pricing models, and plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM (i.e. HubSpot).
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience related to manufacturing and/or industrial services desired
- Must be willing to travel frequently (40%) to visit client facilities and/or trade shows.
