Our client is InSearch of an Accountant to oversee all financial operations including bookkeeping for multiple entities. The ideal candidate has a strong skillset in reconciliations, is detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

 

Compensation: $65,000-90,000 Annually

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks for multiple locations.
  • Export data into Excel to reconcile a high volume of operating bank accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, intercompany entries, and oversee month-end processing.
  • Responsible for processing payroll and expense reimbursements for various properties.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial statement preparation.
  • Review financial information, provide analysis and report to upper management.
  • Assist CPA firm with audits and year-end tax returns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of current experience in an Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeping role
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred
  • Industry experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks necessary
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
