Our client is InSearch of multiple billing/client services contractors to assist with reviewing and updating customer accounts during a system conversion from SalesForce into NetSuite. This role will be working fully remote with equipment provided by the company and will require a commitment of 4-5 weeks to complete the project. Primary duties involve data entry, contacting customers to update company and payment information, answering billing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation starting at $15/hour

Fully Remote – Local Candidates only

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of current customer service or billing experience

· Experience working in various software programs

· Exceptional communication skills

· Desire to “dig in” and research accounts to get resolution

· Excellent organization skills and multi-tasking ability
