We have an immediate need for a full time contract administrative assistant to support an HR group for a busy office. This position will start as soon as possible and go until the middle of August. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls from candidates regarding the status of their applications, assisting with the hiring process, ensuring proper new hire paperwork is completed and done timely, and assisting with any special projects or assignments. This is a great position for someone looking to break into HR that loves working with people and enjoys a support role. Great central location.
Qualified applicants should have at least 2+ years of administrative experience, strong computer skills, and have the ability to multi-task with the finest!
