Our client is InSearch for an Accounting Specialist/Sales Support to join their team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in high volume and fast-moving environments with an operational and support driven mindset. Responsibilities include accounting operations, sales support, contract administration, inventory management and customer service.
- Verify contract agreement, pricing, and freight rates to ensure accurate invoicing to customers and vendors are paid in a timely manner
- Reconcile contracts with customers, multiple location inventories, and outstanding balances/contracts due
- Assist sales brokers with various transactions related to the purchase and sell of products
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers
- Learn logistical and supply chain management of agricultural commodities
- Bachelor’s degree in an agriculture related field or equivalent work experience
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills a must
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills needed
- Agricultural background preferred
- Export documentation & container logistics knowledge a PLUS
