Our client is InSearch for an Accounting Specialist/Sales Support to join their team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in high volume and fast-moving environments with an operational and support driven mindset. Responsibilities include accounting operations, sales support, contract administration, inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Verify contract agreement, pricing, and freight rates to ensure accurate invoicing to customers and vendors are paid in a timely manner
  • Reconcile contracts with customers, multiple location inventories, and outstanding balances/contracts due
  • Assist sales brokers with various transactions related to the purchase and sell of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers
  • Learn logistical and supply chain management of agricultural commodities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an agriculture related field or equivalent work experience
  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills a must
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills needed
  • Agricultural background preferred
  • Export documentation & container logistics knowledge a PLUS
