Responsibilities:
- Establish partnerships and maintain on-going relationships with clients and candidates
- Prospect and market services to current and new business
- Recruit qualified candidates by identifying and engaging those with accounting and finance experience.
- Qualify candidates by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements and references
- Present and negotiate job opportunities and offers
Qualifications:
- Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
- Confident self-starter who is highly motivated with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
