Our client is seeking a part-time or full-time Bookkeeper/Accountant with an Enrolled Agent certification to assist their firm through tax season. The ideal candidate has experience working at a CPA firm, is highly detail-oriented and thrives in client services.
- Process client bookkeeping and assist clients with QuickBooks related processes or questions
- Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist with financial statement preparation
- Review client financial information, prepare tax returns, and advise on tax related matters
- 2+ years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping and in-house payroll related role a must
- Experience reviewing/preparing tax returns with Enrolled Agent certification highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
