Responsibilities
- Greet incoming clients & visitors, answer multi-line phone system directing callers to the appropriate staff or relaying messages.
- Assist staff with planning and preparation for meetings and appointments.
- Assemble workpaper files, organizers, and prepare for mailing.
- File updated research materials.
- Print monthly, quarterly, and year-end ledgers.
- Process weekly client payroll utilizing QuickBooks and answer client inquiries related to payroll processes or questions
- Assist with processing quarterly tax reports, including stuffing W-2 envelopes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QuickBooks and Payroll processing experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed
- Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred
