Responsibilities

  • Greet incoming clients & visitors, answer multi-line phone system directing callers to the appropriate staff or relaying messages.
  • Assist staff with planning and preparation for meetings and appointments.
  • Assemble workpaper files, organizers, and prepare for mailing.
  • File updated research materials.
  • Print monthly, quarterly, and year-end ledgers.
  • Process weekly client payroll utilizing QuickBooks and answer client inquiries related to payroll processes or questions
  • Assist with processing quarterly tax reports, including stuffing W-2 envelopes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of QuickBooks and Payroll processing experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred
